Distell Continues To Deliver Sound Results (22 February 2006)
Distell has boosted sales revenue 11,2% to R3,7bn on a sales volume increase of
5,9% for the six months to December 2005, notwithstanding tough wine trading
conditions at home and abroad, where the global wine glut is further squeezing
producer margins, said MD Jan Scannell.

Distell's Headline Earnings Up 34,5% (17 August 2005)
Distell has increased headline earnings by 34,5% to R482,2m for the year to June 30, 2005, by extracting an improved performance from all the company’s assets. This was achieved in a demanding trading environment marked by a global oversupply of wines and increased consolidation of retailers worldwide, said MD Jan Scannell.
